After the devastating earthquake that shook Haiti in January 2010, Dorcas joined forces with other Dutch organizations to provide emergency assistance to the affected people in Léogâne/Gressier via a comprehensive relief and rehabilitation intervention. Dorcas assists flood victims in Albania

On November the 28th 2010 an enormous flood in Bushat region submerged 14.000 hectares under water, at some places up to 5 meter. 710 houses were destroyed and many people displaced. On December the 28th the truck from Dorcas arrived late in the evening to the Humanitarian Centre in Barbullush. Support for Leper community in South Sudan

Agok, Southern Sudan, is home to a community of people with leprosy living in a leper's village isolated from the rest of the communities around them. These people have lived in extremely difficult circumstances with very minimal assistance from the government and other organizations. At the end of 2010, Dorcas Aid International started a project to help the 314 adults and children living in this leper's village.
